2009 EAST COAST PRO SHOWCASE ADMISSION PRICES
Participating Players: $175 includes lodging, food, banquet, educational meetings, roster book, ECPS t-shirt and hat. Each player will receive 1 participant pass and 2 free Parent Passes. Players will be allowed to add other family members to a pass list for $10 per person. Any family member 12 years old or younger will be admitted free. No roster books will be for sale. A Parent’s Seating Section will be available for each game. All family passes are non-transferable. Sponsoring Teams: $175 for Manager will include 1 Scout Pass, ECPS golf shirt, ECPS t-shirt, ECPS hat/visor, and a roster book. Also included are 5 nights lodging and meals. Sponsoring teams will also get 6 free passes for other members of the sponsoring team. Each representative of the sponsoring team will receive an ECPS golf shirt, ECPS t-shirt and ECPS hat/visor. 1 Scout Pass for each representative up to 6 total (not including Manager), roster book for each scout and access to sponsoring team suite. Coaching Staff: $175 includes 1 Scout Pass, ECPS golf shirt, ECPS t-shirt, ECPS hat/visor, roster book, 5 nights lodging and meals. General Admission Scouts: $75 includes 1 Scout Pass, roster book, access to all areas on complex including dorm facility and practice field, special seating section and 1 free lunch per day at stadium (time TBD). Pre-payment is recommended and appreciated. Scout Passes are non transferrable. College Coaches: $100 includes 1 College Coach Pass, roster books and access to back fields for BP only. The dorm areas and Parent Seating are restricted; we appreciate your cooperation. College Coach Passes are non transferrable. Agents: $500 includes roster book and access into stadium only. There will be no access to any of the restricted areas (back fields, dorms and Parent Seating area). All agents must wear passes at all times or they can be evicted and no refund will be given. Agent Passes are non transferrable. High School Coaches: will be placed on pass list and allowed in free but will be limited to 1 per high school represented. High School Coach Passes are non transferrable.
